In order to meet the parking needs of patients, visitors, employees and physicians, various parking areas have been created on the campus of St. Rita’s Medical Center. No employee or group of employees will receive special privileges or special parking places except for health or safety reasons and also special employee recognition.
Free parking is provided to St. Rita’s employees on first come first served basis. Parking space is not guaranteed, however St. Rita’s will attempt to maintain adequate parking for all employees. Inability to find a parking space is not an excuse for tardiness. Employees are responsible for parking only in areas reserved and marked for employee use. Employees are responsible for observing marked traffic ways, parking spaces, posted restrictions and all traffic signs on the premises. After due warning to employees regarding the violation of any traffic signs, St. Rita’s reserves the right to tow vehicles at the owners expense. St. Rita’s will not be responsible for loss of personal property by damage, theft, accident, or acts of nature in the employee parking areas, or elsewhere on the premises.
Surface Lots have assigned color designations and parking restrictions.

Blue South - Valet Parking
Bronze North & South - Physician Parking & Public Safety Parking
Pink - 718 Medical Office Building Parking
Brown - Cancer Center Parking
Gold East - 825 Medical Office Building East Lot
Gold West - 825 Medical Office Building West Lot
Gold South - 825 Medical Office Building South Lot
Silver - Employee Parking
Orange - MOB 1 & 2 Medical Office Building Patron Parking
Purple - MOB 3 & 4 Medical Office Building Patron Parking
Green - MOB 4 Medical Office Building Patron Parking
Green East - Contractor
Green South - Reserved & MOB 4 Medical Office Building Patron Parking
Parking Garage - Staff (excluding physicians) of Medical Office Buildings 1, 2, 3 and
4 are required to park in the garage to ensure ample patient parking in the surface lots.
1. The St. Rita's Parking Garage has security cameras on each level as well as sound sensitive alarms in the stairwells and elevator lobbies.
2. Level 1 and the ramp leading up to level 2 are restricted to patrons, patients, physicians and St. Rita's Senior Administration.
3. Levels 2 through 5 are open to staff and patrons of the Medical Office Buildings.
4. Level 5 is open to student parking. All students must park on the 5th floor of the parking garage.
Employee Parking is restricted to the Yellow, Blue, Silver lots and the Parking Garage. Special effort is made to provide enhanced security by assigning Campus Police Officers to these areas during shift change.
Day Shift Employees - Yellow West, Blue North, Silver and the parking garage on level 5. Authorized Senior Administrators may park in the parking garage on level 1.
Evening Shift Employees - except as noted below, Silver Lot and in the parking garage on level 5
Night Shift Employees - [Arriving after 6:00 p.m. and departing by 8:00 a.m.] Silver Lot and the parking garage on level 2.
